There is an ancient Japanese tradition called taimou fude where a babies first hair cut is saved and expertley crafted into a calligraphy brush for prosperity and this has recently arrived here in the UK.
Koubundo have established their “Aka-Chan Fude” craft over here and have asked Keisuke Hair Artists to act as agents as well as our expertise when cutting a babies hair for the first time. After many weeks of designing and tweaking behind the scenes we have just launched our new look website. With a new colour scheme and navigation system we think it will be much easier to use and get the information you are looking for. Both English and fully Japanese versions are available for all our customers to see.
